Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Form

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We ask that you provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence (After you submit the form, we will contact you, and you can send us the pictures at that time). After a comprehensive evaluation, should your item be deemed defective, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit.

Please note that this policy applies only to products that are defective upon arrival and does not cover damages incurred after delivery or through misuse.
